🏡 Current Tenants:
Two full-time working professional women (a couple) currently occupy the master bedroom. If you prefer the ensuite master, we’re happy to swap rooms and move into the secondary bedrooms.

💰 Rent:
• $/week for a secondary bedroom (shared bathroom) – includes internet, excludes shared water, electricity, and gas
• $/week for the master bedroom with ensuite (single occupancy)
• $/week for two female friends/couple sharing the master bedroom

📝 Conditions:
• Female tenants only – strictly no male tenants
• Must be clean and tidy at all times
• Regular routine inspections required
• No pets allowed
• Looking for someone who follows a stable daily routine
• Prefer long-term stay until February next year
• Immediate move-in available
