Hello! I am looking for a roommate for my 2BR apartment starting July 1st. I just moved into this lovely, funky, old, sunlight filled 2nd floor unit and am hoping to find a great roommate to share it with! My place is located near Oakland Tech- just minutes walk or bike ride away from BART, grocery stores and SO MANY great restaurants! The place has a cute shared backyard, on- laundry, a bathtub and sunroom (this is where the office space is located- with a view of a gorgeous old walnut tree out back!) The available small bedroom (”) and part-time private office space is $/mo; PG&E, water, garbage and internet are paid separately. The bedroom & office can be furnished or unfurnished as needed.
