Medium size room for rent

1 large room (ft) & huge closet available, shared bathroom with one other person (myself). The house used to be a family house but we are now looking to get it rented out. The house has 2 fireplaces (one in basement & main floor), huge backyard, kitchen, washer and dryer in the basement and security system. The bedroom is currently in the process of being cleared out. Can be furnished with a bed, desk and chair and dresser. Utilities are not included in the rent and cleaning responsibilities will shared between all roommates. If needed a place only per semester we can workout a contract by semster/month to month/etc. We will complete a background check prior and ask for reference. Looking for college students/young professionals. ***Unfortunately no other animals are allowed. Open to viewing. This room is available from end of May to early August for short term summer lease and after December.
