The room is located in a 3-bedroom, single-story home on a quiet, friendly street. The property includes a fully equipped kitchen, in-home laundry, driveway parking, and two bathrooms. The bathroom associated with the available room is rarely shared, so you’ll have mostly private use of it. As the primary user, you’ll be expected to keep it clean and tidy.

The room itself comes furnished with a queen bed, a “ TV, and a spacious closet. The home is peaceful, clean, and well-maintained—ideal for someone who values a comfortable and respectful living environment.

The home is shared with my sweet dog—he’s a the runt of the litter! Since he’s used to being the only pet in the home, I’m not able to accommodate additional animals. Thanks so much for understanding!
