No pets allowed, but must be pet-friendly to my yellow lab who will be kept out of your space

Non-drinker/sober preferred
Minimal need/interest in use of kitchen and yard/patio
Ok with some noise coming from upstairs, all of which is hardwood and laminate flooring.

Avid fan of culinary arts; my kitchen is fully stocked with all things cooking, baking and eating. I am often in there putting my imagination to use. While I happily share what I make, I am keen on finding a roommate who will not want or need to be in the kitchen often.
I have a big family in the Denver metro area; they and their pets will stop by often but will respect your space. I will always communicate if I have family or friends over for a gathering.
I take pride in how I keep my house and yard and expect my roommate to do the same.
BRASS TAX:
Sixteen hundo / month, (negotiable for the right match) includes:
Professional monthly home cleaning, wifi, energy, water/sewer, waste management, home security, yard maintenance
If access to cable or higher speed Wifi is necessary, this will be an additional cost.
Refundable deposit is one month’s rent at lease-signing.

Month to month lease to start with options to renew for longer terms if our arrangement is working well.
