Condo on the Miami River

I'm looking for a long term roommate (1yr or longer). The condo is located in Allapatah on the Miami River. The condo has gated security, and the room is furnished (TV not included). Washer/dryer combo unit in the condo. Utilities are included in rent price, and I'll share my IPTV service. The main thing I look for in a roommate is someone who is clean, especially common area. I like to schedule a visit with potential roommates so you can see the apartment in person and see if we vibe. Move in: first month, last month and deposit ($).
