Master bedroom with privet bathroom

My daughters are moving out July is all utilities including internet. I work from home two days a week. No couples. My family and friends would be more comfortable with me sharing the space with another woman. No pets please. My lease ends end of December. Would prefer someone to be able to move in mid July. Alternatively you can have the smaller room still has a walk in closet and it’s a two bath so you’d have your own bath and you could rent that for instead. I’m not going to rush anyone into a room.
