Room for Rent

(PLEASE READ!!)
We are looking for a non smoking, sober (occasional drinking is ok), queer roommate. We are a queer married couple just looking for a temporary roommate who will only be here until roughly November-December. It will be $ a month the room has a closet futon already as well as a wardrobe, closet, and drawers (all clothing that is pictured has already been cleared), we have wifi, shared bathroom, and shared kitchen. IMPORTANT: the fridge is a mini fridge and we are not financially able to share our food. We will of course make exceptions to things you chip in for but all food in the fridge is ours and we do not have space to share. Of course if you have a few perishables you can put them in there but it may be best to just bring a mini fridge if you have one but again be mindful that you will only be here til winter. We would prefer someone who is on the more introverted side quite preferably since it’s a quiet neighborhood and we are very private people who keep to themselves. We have had some pretty negative roommate experiences so please be respectful of us and our boundaries. Once you say you’re moving in that is when rent is due (ie. you move in on the st it’s due the st each month) We do have two reactive dogs so no other pets please. Please also clean up after yourselves we do not want to have to remind you. My husband is also disabled so he will be home and does often require quiet time so please be mindful of his personal space especially if I’m not home. All contacting for emergencies or questions will be through me only but communication is important so if you are bothered or have a question about him please tell him he is an adult but try to keep all contact through me thank you.
