Hi, my name is Katelin. My lifelong partner and I are relocating from Stellenbosch to the Helderberg area. We’re looking for a secure one bedroom/ granny flatlet with separate entrance or apartment. I’m a teacher and he’s
an IT technician/ developer therefore we’re looking for a quite space because my fiancé works hybrid.
We have an indoor diluted calico , she’s spayed and vaccinated and we wouldn’t mind a pet fee if reasonable and applicable. We’re looking for a place with parking for at least one vehicle, a stove and prepaid water. Our lease of 3 years is expiring in November so we could get a landlord referral .
