as the ad says, i'm looking for a B space by itself or in a shared setting. It'll be used sparingly as and when I come into the city for work. There's one exception of a family friend using the space for 4 weeks and that's that. Happy to pay on a monthly basis and provide any specific details of my employment, etc. Also i'm rarely going to be doing any cooking & will need access to a microwave and the kitchen for my breakfast cereal and coffee.
