Furnished rm-share bath w/one other

Share fully restored historic colonial with private furnished bedroom(s)- This particular room sports a single occupancy twin bed with trundle, but we are considering switching the bed out for a full. We are also adding mini-fridges to each room in addition to the full size fridge in the shared kitchen. This room shares a bath with one other and is priced appropriately for that; current housemates have priority to move up to a suite (for minimal monthly increase)… when one becomes available. IMPORTANT NOTE: This is a private room rental in a shared home. We cater to working adults, and cannot take children or pets. Because all utilities are included, we cannot have couples or working at home.
