Hi, my name is Candysue. a young fit almost senior.. LOL.. I own a 4 bedroom gladstone colonial miles fron SUNY SB in Stony Brook, Long Island NY New York USA. I am looking for responsible adults to share my home. Each studio room has its own kitchenette ( mini frig microwave coffee/tea pot, burner, slow cooker popcorn maker etd. . The monthly rent is $ and the room is available July 2nd.

I also do landscape gardening and snow removal. If the rent is high, I can offer u $ hours of organizing my barn and garage and helping me to sell items on FB craigs etc or if u want to help me with my yard flower and vegitable gardens and pond.

Looking for Longer term people. Leases months or more can use my address for the license and mail. Cameras on property. 4 friendly dogs also on property. 3 cattle dogs and a border collie. If u like dogs and love to throw a ball or play tennis, my pups are a softball team 4 sure in my shy acre fenced back yard!!!.
