A bit about the space ~
Truly gorgeous house in Black Mountain min from downtown with lots of natural light; you will have a medium sized bedroom (carpeted and fully furnished) and private own half-bath
Be aware that drive is on a steep paved road (that gets plowed in winter!) with a gravel driveway. 2 wheel drive cars can handle it just fine, but 4 wheel drive is ideal
Your portion of rent is $ a month plus utilities (around $/month)
Move-in date flexible (sometime April to May is preferred)
-month to month lease, short term with potential of long term.
~$ deposit, $ monthly with split of utilities

Our Home is a sanctuary, very heart-centered and peaceful
Joint ownership of household things like dishes and cleaning
Like to keep common areas tidy and clean, but not overly strict
Personal habits are more introverted but occasional sharing of meals or coffee/tea alongside deep conversation welcome
Male in mid-s lives in the lower level, is friendly and shares occasional meals, he has a cat

No drugs/alcohol highly preferred
No pets (I know this is a bummer for some)
