House is on 2 floors, all available rooms are carpeted, furnished and situated on lower floor with bathroom and toilet share (with a max. of 2 other people).

Lower floor also has laundry, sunny back garden and covered alfresco seating area. (Kitchenette is currently being built on lower floor).

Owners live in private accommodation with their own bathroom on upper floor, we are relaxed and sociable.

A lovely place to be - great for surfers and walkers.

Enjoy fabulous -degree views of the ocean, beaches, and skies from the huge balcony and spacious lounge room overlooking Tura beach with whale watching from the lounge!

Very quiet and private location. No overlooking houses, and lots of space from neighbouring houses.

Rent is paid 4 weeks in advance, with an upfront security deposit of 4 weeks rent.
