My name is Calvin (M), I’ve lived in this place for about year and my roommates are moving out to be closer to their jobs. 2 rooms available starting August 1

I work remotely, usually from home. I’m big into music, like playing guitar (I’m respectful about when I play it), and am a big skier. I like playing video games and watching tv/anime to wind down and have recently gotten into mountain biking. I’m relatively clean, more so in the shared spaces, like to cook and am a pretty easygoing guy. I smoke weed semi-regularly, don’t care if you smoke cigs as long as you always do it outside. Originally from MD so if you like DC sports that’s a plus, I also like F1 and UFC. Pretty much as long as you aren’t an a-hole and respect the shared spaces there should be no problems. I prefer a roommate in their s.

The house is by South Table with some good walking/biking trails close by. We got half of a duplex, our side has 3 bedrooms (including mine), 1 bathroom, a nice front and back yard. The neighbors next door are super chill and they have a dog named Sky, not sure if they’re moving out or not. Parking is available in the shared driveway, we have a garage that has a washer and dryer in it. I have some furniture in the shared spaces but the open bedrooms will be empty, I have cooking stuff in the kitchen, and I have a TV and video games in the shared space you’re welcome to use.
