Since I need to study abroad and will leave at Jun. , I am looking for someone to take over my lease at Uncommon Raleigh. It's very urgent. The lease is an individual lease for 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom in a Studio unit, starting in the Fall term ( - ). The apartment comes fully furnished and includes all utilities are paid by the landlord except for electricity.
