Room available in a gorgeous Uptown

ROOM AVAILABLE JULY 1st!

Hi! I am looking for a new roommate starting July 1st (thru the end of February, with the possibility of extension) in Uptown, Minneapolis. It's a fantastic place around the corner from Black Walnut Bakery, Magers & Quinn, and lots of other fun spots.

The room is on its own floor with a private full bath, and can be furnished with a bed, dresser, nightstand, armchair, and desk. Plus there's a parking space, ample storage, spacious common areas and kitchen, and a delightful porch.

I'm open to individuals and couples (for an additional amount of rent). No more dogs or cats please (as I already have two cats), but fish, birds, guinea pigs, etc. are fine!

No smoking in the apartment. Utility costs vary from month to month and roommate pays a share of electricity, gas, and Internet.
