Furnished room close to beach.

Description

Looking for a female roommate to rent a furnished room in my b. It is the downstairs unit of a duplex, walking distance to the beach. Healthy lifestyle, no drugs. Month to month or 6 month lease (max) to start. I have two small dogs already, so no room for more animals. Small back yard with barbecue and small garden. Parking is on the street and occasionally we can share the driveway depending on the size of your vehicle, but that’s not guaranteed. I have a large truck and need the driveway for loading work equipment. Cozy living room, big kitchen with all the trinkets to cook. Your bathroom would be mostly private, however it is the hallway bathroom. I’m sensitive to strong perfume, so if you are a strong perfume wearer, this won’t be for you. Looking for someone clean, respectful, hard working in their field and with a healthy lifestyle. I have a strong faith in Jesus and would be great to have a roommate that does as well, however not a requirement. R
