Come enjoy country club life!

Hi! I’m seeking a single (as in 1 person, not a couple or a parent with a child) professional to share my beautiful artist home in the mission life country club in Desert Hot Springs. My house is an extension of my creativity and personality so it’s fun and vibrant and very kinetic. My only real sticking points for a roommate are honesty, consistency, and cleanliness in the shared areas of the house. Rent includes a private bedroom, your own bathroom access to all the common areas of the house, including all kitchen items, the pool table in the game room, the sauna and hot tub on the property as well as privileges at the country club, including free golf. Located a conveniently just a couple miles off the on Indian Canyon Road. There’s laundry on and a parking space included rent covers utilities as well. If you are interested in using the country club amenities like the pool, the golf course etc. there would be an extra $ a month but that’s totally optional. The room can be furnished or unfurnished that’s totally up to you. I have a smallish older dog and I’m open to other pets, but it would really be on a case to case basis and depend on how they got along with my dog. The yard is completely fenced. Income verification and references are more important to me than a credit score. Month to month, short term, and long term options are available.
