Private bedroom for rent!

I am looking for someone to fill my spot in our townhouse. It’s a large bedroom, with a private bathroom that Includes lots of storage space, a bathtub, and shower. Walk-in closet attached to bedroom, very spacious as well,
with an abundance of storage. Two other women are living in the house, they are sisters with their own bedrooms and bathroom. They mainly keep to themselves, but are smokers. House includes a full kitchen, spacious living room, 3rd bathroom on the main floor, and two private patios. My portion of the rent is $, but I am accommodating and if you can’t make that rent I will still be attached to the lease and the rest. No move-
in fees! (Pictures are from the Zillow listing from when we originally signed the lease. I have only been living in the room for one month)
