Easygoing F in need of room 💜

Hi my name is Haley Jones and you can call me lee, this is my ad but I'm looking for a room in McKinney or at least close enough by. I have two jobs, when is just on the edge of McKinney and Fairview , you can look it up it's heritage Ranch I'm a security officer there. My other job is a roofing position for marketing for the mckinney area, I get about hours a week at an hour so in order to supplement between my bills and rents I would appreciate anything no more than $ a month but I can deal with a thousand a month depending on how well the location is. I do have a pet rat who is kept very clean and giving bags and his cage clean once a week, he stays in his cage when he's not in his cage he is in his tote while I'm cleaning his cage. He will never leave my room though so you don't have to worry about that, if you want to get to know a little bit about me, I'm a little Gothic and a little nerdy at the same time, I like dragons and I like books and I like anime. I'm a bit of a gamer but I don't really have any gaming stuff anymore right now and I'm trying to move out by or in August because that's when my license with my now x that I'm trying to move from. All of the studio apartments are way too expensive and are just over half of my monthly income when I need to be in the area, so if there's anybody out there who is okay with my pet and who is okay with someone who is quiet and works two jobs and who could do no more than a thousand a month for my rent I would be more than happy to hear back 💜💜💜💜💜 thank you so much for reading this and I hope I get to hear from somebody

Hi my name is Haley Jones, but you can call me Lee! I work in Fairview and McKinney (2 jobs) and I'm hoping to find a place in the area! I can talk more with you about specifics if you want to, just message me :) I do have a pet rat I rescued that I bathe and clean his cage frequently and it would stay in my room so you don't have to worry about him, and I ride a moped which is currently in the shop. I'm needing to move in August maybe late July. I have one friend who I might hang out with occasionally but I won't bother you, and I am currently working on quitting smoking, I have low nicotine fruity vape that I only occasionally smoke and I only smoke outside but I should be completely clean by the end of June. I don't mind smokers though, I don't mind much really, as long as it's not another weirdo trying to sleep with me or treat me as a nanny when I'm off work, and having weird restrictions on curfews that almost disallows me from coming home from work, I am perfectly okay with anything!
