Hi, This is house owner.. I am looking for a roommate. The room is in Mint Hill. The monthly rent is $ and the room is available on June 8.
There is already a female living in the other room. So I am looking for a female roommate. By the way, I am a school bus driver, so I wake up early in the morning and go to work, so you probably won't see me much. And I am a verified person who works at the school. So you can trust me.
Anyone who works from home is welcome.

*You must be quiet inside the house. You must not disturb other roommates.
*All dishes must be cleaned and put away after use.
*You must clean the bathroom and your own room on your own.
*You are responsible for any damage that occurs in the room you use.(Please tell me about any problems like light bulbs.)
