Maximum occupancy for this rental is 1 adult (no children).

No pets. Smoking permitted in backyard only.

This is a “mother-in-law suite style” attached room/bath to the home, and it does have a separate entrance and you will have available parking on street in front of the home. It is furnished with queen bed, nightstand, desk, dresser, & bookshelf.

Access to common areas in home: family room, kitchen, backyard/swimming pool, & laundry room.

Ideal for a college student or a traveling professional.

Quiet and serene family neighborhood. No parties without prior approval from homeowners. No overnight guests.

Utilities (water, electricity & Wifi) are divided equally between all tenants of the home (currently 5 persons).

Minimum rental term accepted: 2 months.

Monthly rent is due on the first day of each month. Refundable security deposit and first month’s rent due at contract signing.

Documents required to apply for tenancy:

-Copy of ID

-2 character references or letter(s) of recommendation: including one from current or former employer or teacher/professor

-Proof of employment and/or school enrollment

-Background & credit check
