* Fully equipped and furnished, wifi, shared kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine
* closest tube is a mn walk but a lot of buses going to 3 different stations. Pls Make sure you check transport suits you
* ⁠no shared Living Room (its my office and gym), can be discussed by separate agreement and when I travel
* ⁠shared only with me - I’m super quiet and chill
* The whole flat is rented in my name - this means you can't go on the lease but I can put a bill in your name if need be for a short while
* not a party flat: occasional guests are fine of course ( eg 3 times/month, more by separate agreement). * Nov-April only: allow extra
* ⁠Cleaning twice a month: extra GBP * * ⁠the bed is a twin joined together under a king size mattress topper
