Basement Space in Old Westside

Hi, my name is Janine. I am a year old professional work from home digital tutor and trainer. I am looking for a housemate who works full time out of the home and it easy going.The space is in the basement of an old West side home near Thompson Park. It is furnished with a queen futon, table and chair, easy chair and end table, lamps and linens.
The full size washer and dryer are also located in the basement. Upstairs you will have access to the full kitchen and bathroom.
The entrance is in the back of the house so no need to go through the upstairs. On street parking is available. The house has a car port and garden and is very safe.
I have two adult chihulahulas and a older cat so no pets.
