Looking for mature adult, females preferred, to share my recently remodeled home in a quiet, peaceful and safe community. There are walk-ways, trails, access to community pools, gym, tennis courts, and security patrol included. I am renting 2 unfurnished bedrooms with shared bathroom. House privileges include access to kitchen (new refrigerator), dining area, family room, laundry room (new washer/dryer) and outside backyard patio area. No pets please. No illegal drugs, alcoholics, drama, loud noise, parties, visitors or overnight guests. Non-smoker. One person per room please. I am a clean and tidy person and expect the same from my roommates. Rent is per room plus a security deposit, includes utilities (gas, water, trash, split electricity), internet, house cleaning of shared areas only, home alarm. Additional rent for garage parking and storage. Must have proof of income for the last 2 years. Background check required.
