Looking for a place to stay in Bellingham this summer? I'm looking for someone to take over my lease for a private room in a -bathroom apartment at The U Apartments. The lease runs from July through September th at noon. You’ll be living with two super friendly roommates that enjoy meeting new people.

• Rent: $/month

• Utilities are included in the rent (except for electricity)

• In-unit washer and dryer (rare at The U!)

• Two bathrooms – one with a shower, one with a bath/shower

• Kitchen with microwave and fridge

• Cozy living room and a balcony

• Located super close to WWU campus – less than a 2-minute walk to the Buchanan Towers bus stop

I'm subletting because I’m saving up to study abroad by living at home this summer. If you're interested in staying past September, I’d need to check with management to see if the room is available for fall.
