Lease Takeover

Looking for someone to takeover my lease at Eleven Ripley in Silver Spring, MD. Move-In date is June . This is a B with rent at $/month at sq ft. The unit has new appliances, washer/dryer included, and a walk-in closet.
No issues with the apartment, I am just no longer able to move in and hoping for someone to take over the lease.
