Room in quiet Antioch neighborhood

Description

This is a beautiful house in a quiet neighborhood. I stay in the basement half of the house, and have my own bathroom down there. The top part of the house has another 3 bedrooms! One of them is set up as a guest room, but the other two are free to do whatever with. Set up one as a bedroom and use the other for an office/studio or whatever. The living room and kitchen are shared, but you’ll have your own bathroom. Washer and dryer on .

About the roomies

I’m Jack. I work as a mechanic, and am a musician. In my free time I like to write music make art, and work on vintage motorcycles. I’m generally tidy and am not a big partier. I rarely drink, and am not a smoker. I have a 9 year old dog named Bruce who stays downstairs with me. He’s very sweet. I’d prefer to not have any more animals in the house.
