Description

bathroom apartment on top floor corner unit. Includes in-unit washer/dryer, brand new appliances and shower heads, patio. Each room has a walk in closet, with both rooms being on opposite sides of the apartment. Lease is months long with a $ deposit flat. Community has 2 pools (one is rooftop), sand volleyball, gym, tennis courts, play ground, bbq area, and security on . The apartment has tandem parking in the garage….
