Hi everyone! I’m looking for a new roommate to take over the second bedroom in my apartment at Asbury Apartments in Tampa. My current roommate is moving out to be closer to her boyfriend, and I’m hoping to re-sign the lease at the end of August with someone else.

Rent is total, so your share would be about /month, plus electricity and water (the only utilities we’d split). Cable TV, internet, pest control services, and valet trash (these are their essential fees which we are charged ) are an additional for us to split, your half being 6 , so no extra hassle for those!

About the Apartment:

- bath
- In-unit washer/dryer.
- Modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances.
- Private balcony with lots of natural light and great view.
- Access to pool, gym, clubhouse, and other great amenities!
- Pet-friendly. No pets right now but I can welcome a third roommate!
- Detached garage unit right in front of our building – I pay additional to rent it for some gear but you're welcome to store a few things too! There’s also plenty of parking available
About Me:
I work hybrid—usually in-office 2dys/wk—and occasionally travel to visit family so you might have the space to yourself from time to time. I’m clean, respectful, and enjoy a laid-back but responsible living environment.

Looking for someone easygoing, tidy in shared areas, and good with communication.

Move-In Timing: Late August / Early September (can be more flexible if needed earlier but would need time)
