Lease Transfer at Quad at York

Description

Hello! I am SUBLEASING a shared room at QUAD at York for the summer for $/month and/or offering the LEASE TRANSFER for the official price of $/month starting September. You can move in as soon as you fill out the paperwork. This is only available for York and students.

It is a female-only apartment for in private rooms and 2 in a shared room. The place I’m offering is in a shared room. It is semi-private, with a bathroom attached to it. The living room and kitchen are shared by all four people. The apartment comes furnished.

The amenities you have access to:
* Common rooms – one big common area on the first floor. Also, each floor has two common rooms.
* Study rooms – just like common rooms, there are two study rooms on each floor, and on the first floor.
* Gym – nice gym on the first floor, with a yoga/cycling room separate from the workout machines.
* Courtyard
* Laundromat on the first floor.
* Isle – a small convenience store that works .
* TULU – a service which allows you to rent out different things like vacuums, gaming consoles, etc.
* There are a lot of food places in all four of the quad buildings. +2 convenience stores.

Some extra info:
* The quad employees often host different community events with some activities and free food.
* There’s an official QUAD office in the building, which you can go to if you have any questions. There is also a portal where you can submit a maintenance request if you need to. For the sublease, you wouldn’t have access to the portal, but you can either text me to submit a maintenance request or ask one of the roommates to do it.
* 5-minute walk to the York University subway station.
