Roommate

H e l l o . I'm currently looking for a possible roommate &/or new living situation. My current lease ends this July. I'm , quiet, very clean and minimalistic. Also responsible and always pay bills on time. I work for a local coffee shop (and in the process of training to be their GM)—so would like to stay in Greenville, preferably relatively close to downtown or near the Swamp Rabbit Café / San Souci side of the area [but definitely open to other locations].

I'll include a few photos of myself and of my current space. I don't have very many belongings [by choice], and thrive in clean and peaceful environments... and also very much appreciate aesthetically pleasing ones too. I'm mostly either at work, hiking somewhere, or checking out other cities and their cool places. I have no pets and am also allergic so being around animals unfortunately wouldn't be an option for me (as much as I love them). I currently pay ~$ in rent which I know is very reasonable, but would very much like to pay less than $ in general if possible to keep saving for the future.
