Moving to Alpena, Looking to rent

Description

I'm starting a new job in Alpena in early July and am looking to rent solo or with a roomate/s. my monthly rent budget + utilities is roughly $. I'm usually quiet and keep to myself although I'm up for pleasant conversation and/or activities. I always do my best to pick up my own messes and to stay out of the way of everyone else. I'm moving up from the southern end of the southern peninsula and am just looking to just get a foothold in the area as I build my career.
