I am looking for a roommate starting in July. The apartment, located in the West Village Complex on W. Main St, is a square-foot bath in the heart of downtown Durham with a kitchen, in-home washer and dryer, and a living room that’s already furnished! Take a walk out the doors right next to the apartment and find yourself in a beautiful courtyard with a pool, grill, beanbag toss (I’m not calling it corn hole) and even direct access to the gym and It’s a Southern Thing restaurant. Regarding proximity to the rest of the city, it is walking distance from multiple bars and restaurants including Dram and Draught, Maverick’s Smokehouse and Taproom, and the world famous Shooters II. It is also about a minute drive from Science Drive Garage and even less than that directly to campus. Rent+utilities will be just under $/month.
