Hello, I am looking for a roommate to move in on August 1st. It's a cute little cottage, with two bedrooms, one bath, and a backyard with plenty of gardening potential. Never have to search for street parking, there is always space! It's a quiet, clean, and safe neighborhood with mostly families living in the area. It has surrounding grocery stores, restaurants, cafés, and even a laundromat all within walking distance from the home. We're ten minutes from the beach and ten minutes from DTLB.
