Hi! I am years old, and I'm a part-time student in remote grad school (Masters of Social Work). I'll also be working remotely/may find a local part time job. I am pretty quiet and tidy, I don't party or smoke and I'm quite respectful. Looking for a safe and comfortable place to live and get to know a new area.

I am going to be new to Florida-- I've been living in New Mexico for the past year, and am relocating because my long-term partner is living in The Bahamas and I'd like to be closer by. So he will either be visiting me/I'll be visiting him probably once per month. Besides that, I wouldn't anticipate any overnight guests or anything like that.
