Description

Spacious and partially furnished basement suite available starting in July. Includes a private bedroom, bathroom, and living area. Shared access to the entrance, kitchen, laundry, and backyard. Parking is available, and all utilities are included!

We’re an LGBTQ+ friendly household (and hope you are too!). We’re also friendly but require that a smoke containment device is used, or you must smoke outside. Unfortunately, cigarette smoking is not permitted. We are considerate homeowners who value a clean and welcoming environment!

We share our home with cats—so unfortunately, we can’t accommodate any additional pets. That said, we take pride in maintaining a clean, fresh-smelling home despite our furry crew.
