Looking for a clean/friendly space

Description

I am a chill, friendly, open minded person who gets along with most people. I am super clean (almost OCD) so you don't have to worry about that. I bartend and do other things in the service industry, so I can tend to keep later hours (mostly on the weekend) but I am always super quiet. I do however occasionally like to entertain a friend or two. Depending on the preferences of the other roommate(s) I am completely good at keeping to myself and sticking to my own space, or hanging together, cooking, or just chillin in the house/apartments communal spaces. I am LGBT, so as long as you're cool with that, I'm cool with you!
