We are looking for a legend wanting to rent a Bedroom & Private Bathroom within our home!

My two roommates were here for years and after both getting married, they are unfortunately leaving!

I am someone who is very hard-working, positive, but also appreciates a good balance. I work from home but have my own office on the complete other side of the house and love using the space from time to time to watch films (on the projector), cook, and entertain close friends - hope you can be a part of it!

The house is fully furnished from a fancy water fountain, tea & coffee station, and the projector with surround sound.

You will be living with me and one other roommate (who I am also looking for) in this HUGE house nestled away in Sherman Oaks.

Cute neighborhood, very safe, close to Ventura Blvd, and a load of cool coffee spots!
