I’m renting out a room in a shared house in St Kilda that might suit you if you’re after something easygoing, comfortable, and well located. The house is just a short walk from the beach, Acland Street, cafés, restaurants, and public transport.

You’ll have your own private room, and you’ll share the rest of the house with others aged between . There’s a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy lounge and dining area with fireplaces, and a BBQ area outside. It’s a relaxed and social vibe, but also quiet enough if you like your own space.

All bills are included in the rent, and we have a cleaner who comes in daily to take care of the shared areas, so the place stays nice and tidy. Public transport is close by, so it’s easy to get around.
