looking for summer subleaser ASAP:)

Description

Hi!! I'm a student from UW who is leaving Seattle for the summer, and am looking to find someone to sublease my room flexible dates, from early June-end of August !
It's a brand new place, construction finished in May of , located right in the heart of U-district. The kitchen is beautiful and spacious, the whole house gets a lot of sunlight and it's in a quiet neighborhood. There is also an optional parking space available for $/month.
The place is fully furnished with a bed, desk, and you will have a private bathroom to yourself! Cleaning supplies, cooking ware, utensils all supplied as well (: I'm happy to leave bedding and towels if needed
