Seeking roomate in Briargate area

Hello! I am a Registered Nurse who moved to Colorado Springs a couple of years ago to enjoy the mountains. I bought this condo and have decided to get a roommate. I am fairly quiet and a very clean person. I keep a tidy home. I do not drink or do any drugs. I don't mind if you drink, however am not open to renting my room out to someone who does drugs or smokes. When I am home, I will be using the shared living room and kitchen. I am not home all the time so you will have the place to yourself a lot. Your bedroom and bathroom will continue to be solely used by you. I have the owners suite to use for myself.

This condo is in the lovely Briargate neighborhood. Across the street is a shopping complex with a Starbucks, King Sooper, Jimmy Johns, sushi restaurant, and more. Also across the street is a lovely family park with tennis courts, pickleball courts, basketball courts, a playground, and walking trails. There is a YMCA within walking distance down the road. The Shops at Briargate is also just down the road.
