Us – early s males who are big on sports, wings and music. We are lifelong friends who grew up together and have been living together for nearly a decade. We are clean neat and pretty quiet most of the time though we do occasionally entertain guests. We are both college educated professionals who work in Boston

Our House – Is recently renovated with nearly all new appliances. We have free laundry and modest storage space in the basement. The house is two stories and your room is on the second story. Well behaved clean pets are welcome. A balcony is right outside your door so it’s perfect for a smoker since no smoking is permitted indoor. Your room will have cable and wifi plus a pretty big closet. You will have zone controlled heat and AC built in.

The Neighborhood – is great! Somerville is a wonderful city. We are about a minute walk to the nearest T-Stops - Gilman, East Somerville, Assembly Row or Sullivan Square. Speaking of Assembly there are great restaurants, bars and shopping centers within walking distance. Plus we have a park and public pool nearby. There are two grocery stores – Stop and Shop and Trader Joes minutes from us. Target is close by as well. You really do not need a car to get anywhere in the Boston area from here
