Hello, I am renting out one of my bedrooms in my house. Unfortunately I've had some bad luck lately and just need help w/ bills. Ideally you would split the cost of rent w/ me. I currently pay $(includes water+internet) plus around $ for electric. So Ideally you would pay $. The price may be steep but I don't make the numbers. It would be well worth it if we were splitting it.

The house is in a private setting, close to town but tucked away in the country. Surrounded by wildlife, a creek, woods, fields etc. Wrap around porch w/hammocks, firepits. There's also a basement(unfinished). There's 3 rooms but I am currently using 2 of them. There's baths, one full that will be shared and there's a half bath in one of the rooms. There's a shared basement, shared laundry, etc. Everything else is pretty much shared, kitchen, living room etc. House is a little over sqft so it's roomy and not crowded.

I live here with my wife and daughter, so please no crazies, no druggies or alcoholics. You can do you and do what you want but don't bring that stuff into my house. You will be kicked out IMMEDIATELY, and depending on the severity, law enforcement will be involved too. I have a 3 yr old so no games here fellas. But we are laid back and pretty chill people, just don't do us wrong is all we ask. We love to get along with others and don't like conflict. If we have a problem we'll sit down and talk it out & work through it like adults.

Must also be ok w/ animals as I have a 1 cat. We don't really want anymore animals in the house but may be negotiable. If interested text me at , since this makes you wanna pay.
