Room with Private Bathroom

Hi, my name is Christopher . My bf and I are looking for a new roomie. We ask that the prospective tenant be able to pay on time, be clean, and respectful. I work from home on occasion, so having the space be in shape and quiet is important.

We have two dogs and cat. They are very friendly and sweet.

The room is a medium size, you also get your own full bathroom. There is plenty of storage. We live right to the east/west entrance and there are lot nearby grocery stores and resturants.
