We’re a respectful, family-oriented household looking for a new roommate to join our peaceful and drama-free home. The house is within walking distance of FoodMax, Eastridge, Fresco’s, and -Hour Fitness, making it a convenient location for shopping and fitness enthusiasts.

Our home offers a spacious living area with shared common spaces and kitchen appliances. We’re all about great communication, mutual respect, and giving each other space. We share the cost of household supplies (toilet paper, cleaning supplies, paper towels, and detergent) to keep things simple and avoid any conflict. It’s easy for one of us to make a Costco run and split the cost.

One of the highlights of the house is the large, beautiful yard, perfect for gardening. If you’re into plants, we’d love for you to add your personal touch to the space! We have laundry on-, but please note it’s best suited for light loads.

Parking is available on-, right in front of the house, for one car.
