Hi, we are two PhD students at UCLA and have a bathrooms apartment in Weyburn Terrace (UCLAGraduate Student Housing) that we are subletting from June to September. You can either sublet only one room or the whole appartment. It is available from June st to September th. It is a spacious 1st floor apartment with a shared kitchen and 2 bedrooms, each with their private bathrooms. The building is located at Weyburn Terrace, Los Angeles, CA .

You must be a current student (at any school, not just UCLA) to sublet this apartment.

Rent is $ (including utilities) per room per month and we can prorate the rent for the duration of the sublet. We have included some photographs of the apartment. This is the UCLA listing for the apartment building. There is laundry in the building as well as the UCLA graduate student gymis a short walk away and they offer monthly community memberships.
