It is about minutes from the main campus, plus there is a bus stop just a couple buildings over on the main street. Amenities include a washer and dryer, video cameras on the entry/exit doors, fingerprint/programmable locks for the front door and each bedroom, and use of the assigned parking space. The condo boasts new appliances, new cabinets, new flooring, and a small back patio that backs up to a basketball court and small playground/green area. The area is well-established and quiet, with long term residents.
