Room w LR and Priv. Screen Porch

House located in Midtown. Street Parking. There is a large , maybe a bit larger room with attached living room area, separate from the actual living room. Small screened in back porch which would be the roommates also. Kitchen and Bathroom are shared. The bathroom hasn't posed an issue because my daughter and I shower and get ready in our rooms. She is and here part time. She also works so we are both gone a lot. I have an outside cat and inside dog who is lbs. He is 8 yrs old. No other pets please. Washer and Dryer are downstairs and also shared with the downstairs tenant. Again, has not posed an issue because we are respectful of each others days off. This house is less than a mile from everything downtown, midtown etc. All females in the house, downstairs and on both sides of the home. % of the time I am here alone or just not here. I've often felt not having someone else here is a waste of space. Very chill and relaxed and would like to keep it that way. I do ask that no males spend the night. I ask that no company of yours is in the home without the roommate also home. My daughter is and quite frankly nobody needs to be here when we aren't and we do not want to wake up to random men in the house. If you have daily company this may not be the space for you. I am super laid back just very protective of my home and daughter.
